决定软管寿命的首要因素是压缩软管的次数;第二位因素是压缩软管的方式、力度和磨擦热。使软管寿命最大化的最好办法是减少压缩软管的次数、采用对软管最小损害的压缩方式及精确的压缩力度。
The first factor determining hose life is the number of times of
compression hose; the second factor is the way, strength and friction
heat of compression hose. The best way to maximize hose life is to
reduce the number of times of compression hose, adopt the compression
method of minimal damage to hose and precise compression strength.
1、 HPP软管泵压辊每转只压缩软管一次--这决定性地延长了软管寿命。
1. The HPP hose pump roller compresses the hose only once per turn, which decisively prolongs the hose life.

从对软管的损害程度来看,大直径压辊无疑要强于小直径压辊和滑靴。传统U形泵软管寿命之所以低的一个很重要的因素之一就是压辊或滑靴对软管进出口部的冲击造成的。软管的其它部分还远未疲劳老化,但进出口处和转子接触的部位,却因转子强烈的冲击而破损、爆裂,从而使整根软管报废。
2. Judging from the degree of damage to hose, large diameter rollers are
undoubtedly stronger than small diameter rollers and slippers. One of
the most important factors for the low service life of the hose of
traditional U-shaped pump is the impact of roller or slipper on the
inlet and outlet of hose. The other parts of the hose are far from
fatigue aging, but the parts in contact with the rotor at the inlet and
outlet are damaged and burst due to the strong impact of the rotor, so
that the whole hose is scrapped.

The large diameter pressure rollers of HPP pump open and close the inner
chamber of hose more gently; when switching between inlet and outlet,
it reduces the impact on hose and the intensity of pulsation. Moreover,
only one switching per turn produces one pulsation. 3. Eliminate sliding
friction--The area of contact between large diameter roller and hose of
HPP hose pump is more than two times larger than that of small diameter
roller of multi-roller pump, just as the grip performance of large
diameter wide tire is better, it completely eliminates sliding friction,
even if it runs at high pressure and high speed, it produces only a
little rolling friction heat. Under the same conditions, the pump body
temperature of HPP hose pump is 5 degrees lower than that of
multi-roller pump.

最小的压缩力度--压辊或滑靴压缩软管必须有一定的过盈量,使软管内腔完全闭合,才能保证抗得住出口的高压力而不内泄。压缩不足,会产生倒流,容积效率下降、自吸能力下降、流量下降;同时介质中的杂质会剧烈地冲刷、磨损压缩处的软管内壁,使软管寿命急速下降。而过度压缩,会使轴承负载加大,能量消耗加大。即使多过盈压缩1毫米,软管寿命也会降低25%。所以正确的压缩力度是延长软管寿命的一个重要因素。
4. Minimum compression strength-the pressure roller or slipper
compression hose must have a certain amount of interference, so that the
inner cavity of the hose is completely closed, in order to ensure that
it can withstand the high pressure of the outlet without internal
leakage. Insufficient compression will result in backflow, decrease in
volume efficiency, self-priming ability and flow rate. At the same time,
impurities in the media will scour violently, wear and tear the inner
wall of the compressed hose, and make the hose life drop rapidly.
Excessive compression will increase the bearing load and energy
consumption. Even if the interference compression is more than 1 mm, the
hose life will be reduced by 25%. Therefore, the correct compression
strength is an important factor to prolong the service life of hose.
