蠕动泵在停止工作后松开压管模块能够最大限度的延长蠕动泵软管的使用寿命。众所周知,蠕动泵是通过反复挤压专用的蠕动泵软管,蠕动泵软管回弹后所产生的吸力使得所传输的流体向前(向后)运动,达到流体传输的目的。然而如果蠕动泵在停止工作后不松开压管模块,回使得蠕动泵软管长时间处于被挤压状态,会造成蠕动泵软管弹性流失,使用寿命受损。因此,蠕动泵停止工作后应该及时松开压管模块,让蠕动泵软管处理自然状态。
